Zarda Brothers' History

Kansas City is a wonderful place to visit with many marvelous restaurants to please the pallet. It is especially known for its steaks and its barbecue, and we are proud to say that Zarda Bar-B-Q Restaurants are two of the finest in the latter category.

For over 20 years, Zarda has taken the finest beef briskets, ribs and pork and slow smoked them over flavorful hardwood fires. All the while we are constantly glazing them with our world famous Zarda Original Bar-B-Q Sauce.

The rich savory flavor of 24 herbs and spices that make up our sauce permeates every bite to give our meats their authentic Kansas City barbecue taste.

Both our Bar-B-Q Beans and Sweet Beans, as well as our unique Sweet Vinegar and Oil Cole Slaw, are real crowd pleasers. It is no wonder that Zarda Bar-B-Q is a favorite with barbecue lovers the world over.
